Understanding Your Interactive Tool

  • STEP 1: Open your Essential Interactive Tool:
    • Click on the blue circle, located on the lower right-hand corner of every page. As shown in the picture on the right.
  • STEP 2: Type your question on the field marked Your Question Here.
    • For example: How to identify malicious messages, or anything else related to your smartphone.
  • STEP 3: Send your question:
    • Click on the black arrow at the right hand of your question.

Using your Interactive tool

After Sending your Question, your tool offers a list of usable actions.

Ask as many questions as you need, there is no limit.

  • Copy your Answer(s).
  • Click for Liked or Disliked my responses.
  • To refresh the page means to clear previous answers. However, be careful not to click on it until you've decided how to utilize your answers.

To read the bottom part of your answers, scroll down the screen with your finger using the vertical gray line on the right of your session, or using the Swipe and Scroll Symbols explained in the following page, depending on your particular device. 

Using your Interactive tool

You will encounter some symbols on your Questions and Answers Tool, that will differ depending on the brand and model of your smartphone. This is something you’ll discover while using your device, not just on INGENIOSUS, but also when exploring other applications. Don’t worry; you’ll quickly become familiar with the symbols and grasp the logic behind these technologies. Here you’ll see some of these which are key to understand.
  • Swipe or Scroll your Screen Down.
  • Close Your Session.

How to use my Answer(s)

You have two options for making use of the information gathered from your Interactive Tool:

  • You can exit the Interactive session and take immediate action on your smartphone. 
  •  Alternatively, you can save the instructions you received from your questions for future use. To do this, simply click on the Copy symbol  to capture the answer(s) information, then go to your notes app and paste it there. You might consider creating separate folders to keep your information well-organized.
  • If you choose the second option and do not have a note-taking app, feel free to ASK INGENIOSUS for recommendations. There are many choices, both user-friendly and free, and choose the one that best fits your needs.
